About the Role

Your experience of working in agile and waterfall delivery approaches will enhance the impact you have on the business and on your output of high quality, well-defined and testable requirements. 

The team 
Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation, you will work in a team of 3ppl, and play an active role in the wider Real Estate business of 60.   

What will you be doing? 

  • Business analysis and project management of technology change projects affecting our core line of business technology platforms 
  • Working with the operations teams, to identify and bring new technologies into the business, integrating them with our current technology stack enhancing our end customer experience 
  • Define and build time-driven operational and financial performance reporting across our funds using Power BI, underpinned with rigorous data definitions and documentation  

Qualifications

Ideally, you’ll 
✅ Have experience managing multiple in-flight projects and prioritising between them effectively 
✅ Be able to document and validate requirements including AS IS and TO BE processes, ensuring documentation is robust enough to enable development and testing 
✅ Have strong data literacy – comfortable with data models, analysing complex data systems for trends for defining, building and managing reports in PowerBI 
✅ Come with significant hands-on project delivery experience, both IT and non-IT preferable, including practical understanding of non-functional considerations, testing and release management 
✅ Have experience working with software vendors and third parties 
✅ A broad understanding of a financial services lending business is desirable.
