About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading real estate debt team that manages a diverse portfolio and engages in high-profile transactions. The team offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with significant opportunities for professional development and growth.

The Fund Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Real Estate Debt team by maintaining and updating fund models, analysing investment opportunities, and contributing to the effective management of the portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, valuation analysis, and ad hoc support for the investment team. They will have prior experience in real estate finance, outstanding financial modelling skills, and exceptional attention to detail.

The team

Currently a team of 8 Investment professionals in a wider debt team of 50+ professionals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Fund & Financial Modelling
  • Reporting & Investor Relations
  • Operational Support

Qualifications

  • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or AFA (Associate Financial Analyst) designation is required.
  • Outstanding financial modelling skills with a proven ability to handle complex analyses.
  • Prior experience in real estate finance is essential.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting processes and fund management operations.
