About the Role

As a Marketing Executive, you will support the delivery of marketing plans that drive our commercial success specialist tax efficient investments. Your primary focus will be on driving awareness and demand generation to increase the lifetime value of our existing clients and attract new prospects. This role involves end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, media buying, content creation, channel strategy, events, and partnerships.

The Team

This role sits within our Retail Marketing team, reporting to a Senior Marketing Managers, and works closely with colleagues across product, sales, digital and design. You’ll play a key role in executing marketing campaigns that promote brand visibility and drive capital raise opportunity. We are looking for someone with a passion for investment marketing and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Campaign execution - support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, developing content, selecting channel mix, and producing promotional assets. 

  • Content management - maintain and update marketing materials such as presentation decks, case-for documents, factsheets, webinars and teasers to ensure alignment with messaging and compliance standards. 

  • Digital & email marketing - manage business-as-usual website updates and execute regular stakeholder email campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients. 

  • Cross-functional collaboration - work with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and campaign delivery across all touchpoints.  

  • Project management - lead smaller marketing initiatives and support larger-scale projects led by the Senior Marketing Managers and wider team. 

  • Track and report on campaign performance against KPIs, using insights to inform future activity. 

  • Ensure all marketing output adheres to financial promotion rules and reflects our high standards for accuracy and professionalism. 

  • Leverage organic and paid search strategies to enhance visibility and maintain accurate fund/product information across platforms. 

  • Repurpose media and thought leadership content across digital channels (mainly social media).   

Qualifications

Ideally, you’ll have:  

✅ Worked with investments, financial services or regulated industry.  

✅ Attention to detail and producing quality output   

✅ Excellent stakeholder management   

✅ Excellent at delivering to timelines across multiple projects 

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

✅ Customer & data obsessed and like to get under the skin of how our clients think. 

✅ Bold, accountable and constantly eager to learn.
