About the Role

This is an excellent role for someone at the start of their digital marketing career who is looking to learn about website management, social media, data analytics and insights, marketing automation, email marketing and so much more.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a team that covers all these aspects of Digital Marketing gaining a wide range of knowledge and expertise, but also longer term becoming a subject matter expert in email marketing.
The digital marketing team is a team of six that operates as a central function supporting teams across the Octopus Investments business.
This role sits within the wider marketing team and works closely with both our institutional and retail marketing teams as well as collaborating with other teams across the business. The team values creativity, data driven decisions and wants to stay up top with the latest trends.
What will you be doing?
Helping to deliver varied digital marketing campaigns with a focus on email marketing
Being curious and love data, using data to help us learn
Manage our website and help build great customer experiences
Ideally, you’ll have:
✅ Experience working in a digital marketing role with exposure to email marketing, preferably Microsoft Dynamics or similar
✅ You’ve worked on a content management system such as WordPress or something similar
✅ You love data and know how to use it when engaging with you stakeholders and across your projects
✅ Experience building, managing and automating email lifecycle campaigns
It would be amazing if you have worked with some of the following tools:
✅ Microsoft Dynamics
✅ Google suite of tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads)
✅ Sprout Social
