About the Role

As a Marketing Manager, this role supports the delivery of marketing plans that drive our commercial success for our specialist tax investments and funds. We are leaders in this space and want to continue growing our market share through our marketing efforts. Your focus will be on driving awareness and demand generation to increase the lifetime value of our existing clients and attract new prospects. This role will support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, media buying, content creation, channel strategy, events, and partnerships. 

To excel in this role, you need to have a can-do attitude, great attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management. We are looking for candidates with financial services experience, a good understanding of financial markets and someone who is willing to learn. This role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for small & medium multi-channel campaigns and fundraising initiatives, as well as supporting the Senior Marketing Manager on large-scale initiatives. Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and activities, providing regular reports and insights. 

  • Be a key marketing contact and foster good relationships with the product, sales & investment teams, liaising with these teams and providing marketing support and preparing them with the tools they require (content, presentations, reports, factsheets). 

  • Developing new literature and content in line with brand guidelines, maintaining accurate fund/product information across all channels and using organic, and paid search strategies to stay visible. 

  • Conducting thorough market analysis, including competitor research and customer insights, to inform marketing strategies. 

  • To develop initiatives to drive customer education and engagement, including webinars and workshops. 

  • Accountable for online awareness & updates, supported by Google Analytics and market insights. Work closely with the digital team to support online visibility, including paid advertising, SEO, and content. 

We operate in a highly regulated environment so it’s important that this person can produce high quality content within the financial promotion rules. 

 

Qualifications

Ideally, you’ll have:  

✅ Worked with investments, financial services or a regulated industry.  

✅ Attention to detail and producing quality output   

✅ Excellent Stakeholder management   

✅ Excellent at delivering to timelines across multiple projects 

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

✅ Customer & data obsessed and like to get under the skin of how our clients think 

✅ Bold and not afraid to test and learn and innovate
