Octopus Real Estate, part of Octopus Group and a leading UK specialist real estate investor, has announced the opening of a new office in Manchester. This is the first time Octopus Real Estate has opened an office outside of London.
From initial enquiry, through to credit and underwriting, the Manchester office, based in Spinningfields, will process deals end-to-end. A senior team, including a credit manager, will be moving from the London office, ensuring the seamless customer service that Octopus Real Estate has become known for. Complementing the existing team are a team of new people with experience in the Northern market and region.
The lending criteria in the North will be tailored to the region and Octopus Real Estate will now consider loans from just £75,000.
Manchester has good transport links, has emerged as the second city and will provide a great hub to serve brokers in the region through dedicated External Business Development Managers.
