Our Business Continuity Plans

We understand the concern about the spread of coronavirus and how that might affect your working relationship with us.

Our customers and partners remain our top priority, and we are doing everything we can to maintain continuity of service while protecting the safety of our staff and the wider public.

This means we are now advising all of our staff to work from home, as per government and public health advice. We will be using video conferencing technology to replace face to face meetings.

We had planned for this eventuality and we are confident that we can continue to deliver the service you expect from us during this period.

At present, it is not clear for how long we will be working in this way. However, we will continue to monitor the situation while keeping all of our customers and partners informed.
